Summary
I ended the day down after hitting my loss limit for the day by around 13:00. This is despite being net positive after commission during the morning session (i.e. before 12:00)

Review
1. I over-traded today during the period from 11:30-13:30 which should normally not be traded at all.
2. I traded the afternoon session when I was already positive for the day.
3. I chased trades without waiting for trends to establish themselves and display some form of confirmation.
4. BITA and GPRO were both traded profitably but were eventually overtraded to the point where the gains become losses.

Lessons Learned:
1. Don't ever lose sight of my objective which is to trade positively every single day and to have 50% or more of my trades be winners.
2. Monitor the clock to ensure that the market hours are conducive to trading.
3. Trade high probability setups on confirmation of market trend.
